Feeling stuck, navigating a transition, or unsure what comes next? Personal Mentorship offers dedicated time to understand where you are, clarify the future you want, and take practical steps toward it. Work one-on-one with Thomas Grimmel to explore your strengths, values, experience, and available resources. Whether you’re starting a career, reconsidering your direction, or seeking greater purpose in everyday life, each session focuses on what matters in your current season. Guided by Valyu’s Nosce Iuva Duc framework—Know. Help. Lead.—we consider your physical, social, psychological, and spiritual well-being as they relate to your goals. Together, we identify a meaningful priority, explore realistic options, and agree on an achievable next step. Ongoing sessions provide space to review progress and adjust your approach. Thomas draws on his experience in leadership, career development, personal growth, and Christian faith. Adults of every gender and belief are welcome, with respect for their own values and decisions. Book an individual session or choose a six-session plan for continued reflection, practical guidance, and accountability.
Cancellation Policy
PERSONAL MENTORSHIP MONTHLY PLAN POLICY Benefits Includes two individual, 60-minute mentorship sessions per monthly billing cycle, with reflection, goal setting, and action steps. Sessions are for the enrolled participant and are nontransferable. Payment and Renewal The plan costs $140 per month, charged at purchase and automatically each month until canceled. Your renewal date appears at checkout and in your confirmation. There is no commitment beyond the current paid cycle. Scheduling and Rollover Two sessions are added each billing cycle. While your subscription is active, up to four unused sessions roll over in addition to the two new sessions, for a maximum balance of six. Credits above the rollover limit expire at renewal. Oldest credits are used first. Book early for suitable times. If Valyu cannot offer reasonable availability, affected credits will be extended or refunded at $70 per session. Rescheduling and Attendance Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to retain the credit. Late cancellations and missed appointments count as used sessions. Emergency exceptions may be considered. Late arrivals end at the scheduled time. If your mentor is late, you receive the full session time or an agreed adjustment. Canceling Your Plan Stop renewal anytime through your online account’s subscription cancellation option. Cancel before the next renewal charge to avoid further payment. All remaining credits, including rollover credits, expire at the end of your final paid cycle unless extended by Valyu. Canceling an appointment does not cancel your subscription. Refunds Payments for a cycle already started are generally nonrefundable, except as required by law or stated here. If Valyu cancels a session, we will restore and extend the credit as needed, or refund $70 at your request. Billing errors will be corrected. Communication Brief scheduling and action-step clarification messages are included. Extra calls, extensive document review, and on-demand support require a separate agreement. Scope Mentorship offers perspective, planning, and accountability. It does not provide therapy, medical treatment, legal advice, or investment advice. Specific outcomes are not guaranteed. Thomas’s Christian faith informs his perspective; all beliefs are welcome, and religious discussion is optional. Changes Valyu will provide advance notice of material changes as required by law and obtain your affirmative consent before charging
